I am founder  of Astute Wellness Inc. I provide health and wellness coaching for individuals
and families. I specialize in helping busy individuals, to lose weight naturally, eliminate sugar cravings,
and balance their energy. I work with clients who are frustrated, because they have too much to do and
cannot find the time for self-care. As a result they suffer from stress, anxiety excess weight, depression
and an overall feeling of being out of control.
My coaching style is intuitively supportive and goal oriented. I help my clients identify problems and
obstacles standing in the way of their optimal health.
Prior to becoming a health coach, I worked in the fashion industry as an Apparel Development
Engineer. I have a MS in Industrial Engineering and Design. After moving to US and starting my family I
worked as a histology technician for 9 years. In 2013 I graduated from the Institute for Integrative
Nutrition as a health coach. I used the skills and knowledge I learned to heal my own food sensitivities and help my family to adopt a healthier diet and lifestyle. It is then I realized the critical importance to help others live
whole, healthy, spiritually connected lives.
To be better equipped in supporting my clients, I studied energy therapies to become a Reiki Master Teacher.  Also I studied Biological Decoding, Psychogeneology, Dental Decoding and I
am  continuing my education within the field through the study of Bioreprograming.
In addition to my practice
